When I heard the beat, it sounded like something out of a Disney movie. It took me straight back to being a kid. All I wanted was something cool to nod my head to.

I was reading the Bible a lot around that time, and that's where this line came from: "Nilisoma Samson na Delilah, wote tuna rasta ila mimi I just don't talk too often." I read about Samson and Delilah. We both have locs, but me, I just don't talk too often.

If you know the story, Samson's strength was in his hair, and he lost it all because he told Delilah his secret. So it's like, I've got the same locs, but I keep my mouth shut, so I keep my strength. Related to Samson, but I learned from him. That's the nephew.

I've always been an introvert, and I carry that into my music. To me it's the best thing about me, not something holding me back. I mean, I got a cool line out of it.

For the cover, I wanted it to feel like Samson's nephew. There's a woman reaching for him, but his hair still looks healthy, still in one piece.

So maybe it's worth looking again at the things you've been calling disadvantages. Mine gave me one of my favourite lines.
